If you're managing a large collection of websites in DubBot, better organization can make a big difference. That’s why we brought you Custom Labels. Those customizable tags that help you organize and filter your Sites, Page Sets, and Tasks in ways that make sense for your organization.
Now, Custom Labels can do more than help you sort and filter your Sites.
You can now use Custom Labels to build Page Sets and define which Sites to include based on the label(s) you apply, making it easier to organize and manage your content at scale.
Quick Review: A Smarter Way to Organize Sites
Custom Labels let you group Sites according to the way your organization actually works.
For example, a university could label Sites by academic department, student services, administration, or athletics. An agency might organize them by division, region, or product line.
Once applied, those labels make it easier to filter Site listings and find the websites you're looking for.
Label-based Page Sets: How They Work
With this latest update, you can use Site labels to create a Page Set that dynamically selects and adds individual websites.
For example, if you create a Page Set configured to include Sites with a label titled Weekly Manual Review, all Sites with that label will automatically be included in your new Page Set. No more manually adding the Sites to new Page Sets.
Bringing You More Strategic Oversight
The real value of Custom Labels isn't just organization. When labels and Page Sets work together, you spend less time managing lists and more time focusing on website quality, accessibility, and web governance.
It's an organizational strategy that doesn’t just keep your website organized, it makes managing growth significantly easier.
