Privacy Policy
Information Collection
Personal information collection when you visit our websites, use DubBot, and/or use DubBot developed products
Personal information refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us that identifies you personally, including contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, address, and any other information about your business or yourself. Personal information can also include information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
DubBot developed products utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze internet visitor usage data, which may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type, domain name(s), internet service provider (ISP), the pages and files viewed on our site, operating system, length of visit, access times, referring website addresses, and web browser cookies. We also may utilize third parties to target advertisements to visitor interest categories. This information is used by DubBot to operate and improve our website, products, and services; to personalize information; and to provide general statistics regarding use and user behavior so that we can continually improve them. In some cases, we do link this automatically-collected data to personal information voluntarily submitted such as name, email address, address, and phone number.
No credit card information is collected to secure payment for services. Billing information is never used by DubBot for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information Collection using the DubBot application
DubBot inventories client websites based on parameters provided by clients. DubBot only inventories publicly available information from client websites based on parameters outlined by clients. Clients can opt-out sections of their website for inventory using the DubBot application.
Password-protected data is not crawled unless a client provides credentials for that website and has signed a separate agreement authorizing the crawl of password-protected data. This is a feature that is not enabled for accounts without prior authorization and a conversation about the security of data to be crawled.
Forms found within websites will be analyzed for website quality assurance with regard to accessibility, spelling, and flagged words. DubBot does not access the form data collected as part of this analysis.
All content inventoried by DubBot is for the sole use of analysis and reporting for website quality assurance to the client. This data is never transmitted by DubBot employees to third parties.
Clients may opt to share reports and data with their own third-party vendors. This data sharing is at the discretion of the client.
DubBot administrators can opt-in to show Google Analytics data within DubBot for their sites that utilize Google Analytics. DubBot utilizes Google's APIs to retrieve and display this data within DubBot.
DubBot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
