More Than Documentation: Getting to Know the DubBot Help Center

Getting the most from your website monitoring platform takes more than just running scans and reviewing results. You need to understand what you’re seeing, know what to do next, and have resources ready when questions come up.

That’s where the DubBot Help Center comes in. It’s more than a place to look when something goes wrong. It’s the resource for learning the DubBot app, finding answers, and building a stronger approach to website quality and accessibility.

Are You Just Getting Started?

If you’re new to the DubBot app, the Beginner’s Guide walks you through the basics, from setting up your account and exploring the dashboard to finding pages and reviewing issues. (If you’re a new app administrator, see the next section titled Are You a DubBot Administrator.)

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. DubBot offers onboarding sessions led by one of our support team members to help new users get comfortable with the app and quickly start identifying issues that affect website quality.

You also have access to DubBot’s Learning Center, which offers video-based courses covering the DubBot app, accessibility, and manual accessibility testing best practices.

Help is always just a tap, a click, or a keystroke away.

Are You a DubBot Administrator?

If you’re a DubBot administrator, you’ll find getting-started resources covering the day-to-day tasks you’re likely to run into, from site configuration and crawling to user permissions, Page Sets, integrations, and reporting.

Need to set up a new site? Not sure how the Policy Library works? The Help Center walks you through those processes with detailed guidance, including screenshots and step-by-step instructions for those times when you may need a little more detail.

Not Sure What That Accessibility Issue Means?

Finding accessibility issues is only the beginning. Understanding why they matter is what helps you address root causes and build more accessible experiences.

You’ll find a range of accessibility resources to help you dig deeper, covering topics from WCAG success criteria, color contrast, and proper headings to link text, ARIA, and different types of accessibility testing.

Those resources will help you better understand flagged issues, explore potential solutions, and build your knowledge of digital accessibility. The more you understand the why behind an issue, the better equipped you are to fix it and prevent similar issues from showing up again.

Need to Find Answers Faster?

The more familiar you are with the DubBot app, the easier it is to find the answers you need. Knowing how the app is organized and understanding what different features do can help you zero in on the right search terms and resources when you have a question.

The Frequently Asked Questions are a great place to start with common questions about crawl times, scoring, accessibility checks, and troubleshooting.

You can also check out the Release Updates to see what’s changed, what’s been added, and what you might be able to do that you couldn’t before.

And When You Need a Human?

Sometimes the Help Center has exactly what you need. Other times, you might need to chat with a human. That’s where the DubBot Client Support Team comes in. With deep knowledge of the DubBot app and digital accessibility, the team is ready to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help you get the most from the tools available. Whether you need a quick clarification or help working through a more complex challenge, you’ll get thoughtful, knowledgeable support from people who are truly committed to your success.

You can reach the DubBot Client Support Team by email at help@dubbot.com or by using the in-app chat.

DubBot’s Got You Covered

The Help Center gives you more than a place to find answers. It gives you the knowledge, guidance, and support to get more from the DubBot app and to keep moving forward when you’re not quite sure what to do next. Whether you’re learning the basics, digging into accessibility, exploring new features, or tackling a tricky question, think of the DubBot Help Center as your go-to resource.

A human author creates the DubBlog posts. The AI tools Gemini and ChatGPT are sometimes used to brainstorm subject ideas, generate blog post outlines, and rephrase certain portions of the content. Our marketing team carefully reviews all final drafts for accuracy and authenticity. The opinions and perspectives expressed remain the sole responsibility of the human author.
