The DubBot Support Team recently received a client request asking whether there was a way to favorite sites in their account for easier access. Their team, like many of our clients, manages a large number of sites but only needs regular access to a few.
When you’re managing dozens, or even hundreds, of sites, you don’t need everything in front of you all the time. The sites you work with every day can easily get buried alongside the ones you only check once a quarter. You need fast, efficient access to those few sites that matter most, right when you need them.
And we’ve made that fast access your new favorite feature in the DubBot app!
The Favorites feature is a direct response to our client’s request. It lets you pin two, three, or even a handful of the Sites, Groups, Pages, PDFs, and Tasks you need to access most, keeping them front and center for quick, efficient access.
Simply click the heart symbol…
and it will turn red to indicate the element is now a Favorite.
You will find the heart symbol in various locations (DubBot Help Doc), depending on the element you want to tag.
Efficiency isn’t always about big upgrades. More often than not, it comes from small, practical improvements inspired directly by our clients, the people who use the app every single day.
Favorites won’t overhaul your workflow, but it will make it smoother, faster, and a little more intuitive.
