    Reporting to Berkeley Engineering's web director, this position identifies all websites, web applications, social media, learning management system components, and other digital properties under the auspices of the College of Engineering and audits their accessibility status, using both automated tools and manual testing.

    Resolve and strategically manage sophisticated product accessibility issues for people with disabilities. Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer happiness.

  3. Web Accessibility Specialist - Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives - Washington, DC
    Assisting in developing policies and procedures to ensure the reliability and accessibility of EIT systems, websites, and digital publications. Assessing and conducting remediation on complex systems, documents, publications, graphics, videos, and web content for Section 508 compliance.
