    The College of Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology seeks experienced applicants for the position of Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence. This newly created position will report to the Dean of the College and serve as the chief diversity officer as part of the Dean’s leadership team, with overall responsibility for developing and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives and fostering and supporting an inclusive climate of belonging throughout the College of Engineering community.

    Serves as the advocate for accessibility, a resource for colleagues who need to develop accessible products, and provides outreach and training for project managers, web designers, developers and content providers. Applies specific functional knowledge, and working and general industry knowledge. May develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
