Global Accessibility Awareness Day is a great time to reflect on the efforts of inclusion that we make with the work we put forward. It seems that the world changed in the last few months to focus less on experiences in a physical space and moving as much online as possible.
We have spent the last few months rethinking our work approach to be more inclusive, not just for people with physical disabilities but for those users and coworkers who face technology and family responsibility challenges.
This month, we are eagerly anticipating the release of our DubBot upgrade, where we placed heavier emphasis on usability for people using a screen reader.
We now offer more flexible meeting hours for family members working around familial responsibilities. Understanding that our users are working with even more limited time, our new interface will give more direction on where users can get the most bang for their buck in addressing website issues.
We are eager to hear what efforts you have made in the last year? What priorities will you be working towards in the next year? How are you rethinking your work to be more inclusive?
